WELCOME TO THE CUSTOMER AND STAKEHOLDER SATISFACTION SURVEY OF AMATOLA WATER: 2019-2020

Amatola Water is mandated to provide quality services to its stakeholders. It understands that stakeholders’ needs and perceptions change with time hence it conducts this survey. Amatola Water wants to measure customer and stakeholder satisfaction in line with its mandate and values.

Amatola Water has appointed Calorb Consultancy as an external service provider to conduct an objective assessment of stakeholders’ levels of satisfaction. We urge all our stakeholders to participate in the survey and provide honest responses, to help us improve our services. The survey will take 25 minutes of your time. No person will benefit or is going to be disadvantaged for participating in the survey. Information provided in the survey will be treated with utmost confidentiality and anonymity. Even though we would like every stakeholder to provide their inputs, we want you to know that you have the right to refuse to participate in this survey and the right to withdraw, should you change your mind after initially agreeing to participate.

Our stakeholders are aware that our values are: Professionalism; Accountability; Excellence; Innovation; Stakeholder focus; Team orientation; and Integrity. The time has come to once again establish if Amatola Water’s stakeholders feel we live up to our company values. The questionnaire starts with the primary and secondary business questions.

Our primary business is to provide water services to other water services institutions within our service area. In addition, our secondary business is to provide management services, training and other support services to water services institutions, in order to promote co-operation in the provision of water services and providing catchment management services to or on behalf of the responsible authorities.
